The story behind the story:

Once again, I have creatively meshed the TMNT universe with several others. The world I depict here is based both on the "Sentinel War" of the X-men cartoon, and my own bizarre imaginings.

Don't worry; much that is unexplained so far will be told later. It's very confusing to read of an entirely new TMNT universe, and it will take more than one story to cover everything.

ZEROHOUR

The time: June, 2063. The place: Pero Camp, Texas, in what was formerly known as the United States of America. The people: Leonardo, the great Resistence ninja out of legend. Michaelangelo, aka General Hellfire, claiming a nickname to match his new personality in a world where nothing's funny. Donatello, aka Oracle, whose startling dreams are a line to the future, if he could only understand them. Raphael, aka Hatchet, aka Journeyman, tortured by a not-so-distant sequence of terrible events that he put in motion.

All eyes are on them as they struggle to win the biggest war Earth has ever seen.

To save the world.

To avenge old friends.

To rediscover themselves.
